COD Order Confirmation :

To proceed with a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, an advance payment of INR 200 is mandatory for order confirmation. The remaining amount is payable at the time of delivery.

This ₹200 advance is non-refundable under any circumstances.

These measures are implemented purely in favor of our customers to ensure that stock is reserved only for genuine orders.

Order Processing :

Please allow 24 hours for order processing, subject to product availability and successful payment confirmation.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Kindly review all details carefully before checkout.
We do not process or dispatch orders on Sundays or public holidays.
All orders are shipped from Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

You will receive an automatic order confirmation email upon placing your order. If you don’t receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.

In rare situations, due to high demand or stock discrepancies, an item may become unavailable even after your order is placed. In such cases, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Starstudd reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion as part of our order review, fraud check, and security protocols.

Pre-Order Policy

For products marked Pre-Order:

Payment is collected at checkout.
Items will be shipped as soon as they arrive at our fulfilment facility.
Pre-order purchases cannot be cancelled, changed, or modified once placed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the courier, Starstudd is not responsible for:

Lost packages
Stolen packages
Damaged packages

Responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier upon delivery.
