You can request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery. Size issues are eligible for exchange, while returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects, transit damage, or incorrect items. The product must be unused and returned with the original box, tags, and packaging.
For eligible cases, free reverse pickup is provided in serviceable areas; otherwise, you may need to self-ship the product. Refunds are processed after the returned item passes quality check, usually within 7–10 business days.
